Hey Everyone!

So I'm Scott. I also go to Saint Michael's College with my twin brother, Tim, (yes we are roommates) and I am a Journalism major. My goal after college is to hopefully get a job as a sports broadcaster, hopefully with a company such as NESN or ESPN. Anyway, today at 12:05 I officially finished my first week of classes at St. Mikes. I'm not gonna lie, it was difficult at times, but hey, I didn't think that college was going to be easy. The thing that I think is the most important is time management. I take two classes a day, back to back each day, from times ranging from 9:45-12:05 on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and on Tuesdays and Thursdays I go to classes from 1:15-4:30. I have so much free time. The best thing that I think I have done this week in terms of my work is going to the library. I went every day this week when I had reading to do. It is a place where it is quiet and I can just sit and relax and get work done without distractions. In terms of overall importance, I think the best thing to do is to go out and meet people. Make sure that the people have something in common with you, though, because you don't wanna be doing something that you don't actually want to do. Well, that's all for now. I'll write something later on.

Oh yeah and before I forget, follow me on Twitter and Instagram: @scottnottim
And add me on Facebook if you want: Scott Gaudion

Thanks

Hi, nice to meet you

Hi, my name is Tim and I attend Saint Michael's College In Colchester, VT. This blog is for me and my brother and I'm interested in becoming a blogger for Saint Mike's so we decided to make a blog together. I also figured, with today being the first day of my college career, it should also be the first day of this blog. The title of this blog is #Twinning and in case you couldn't figure it out yet, Scott and I are identical twins... BOOM how about that for a blast of awesomeness. Anyways, I figured my first post would be about this past weekend. It was our orientation weekend and I was super nervous for what may be in my near future. I woke up early the day of move in and only knew the kids I went to POW with, which would happen to be the best choice of things to do at St. Mike's so far. I already had a lot of friends coming into the college and most of them are on my floor. That's pretty awesome. That immediately took some of my nerves away, but it was still all new to me. I was leaving all of my friends and my home and my family. That's not an easy thing to do, but so far, everyone here is so welcoming and nice and I already feel right at home. It's just a good transition. On top of that, orientation was amazing! Everyone worked hard to make us feel welcome and there were so many activities that, between team building and just meeting others, allowed me to meet all kinds of awesome nice people. That's why I like Saint Mike's so much, everyone puts in so much effort to make you feel comfortable. That's the kind of place I want to spend my next four years.
All that I wanted from this first post was to introduce myself and let you know a little about me. Got any more questions? I'll be happy to help if I can. Hit me up on twitter: @Timnotscott or on formspring at http://www.formspring.me/Timnotscott or add me on Facebook, my name is Tim Gaudion
